Description

The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), Technology Applications Contracting Office (TAKO), intends to award a contract for the spare and repair components of the M134T titanium mini-gun systems to Dillon Aero, Inc. 8009 E Dillon way Scottsdale, AZ 85260-1809. This award will be a five (5) year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract. Inspection and acceptance will be at Origin. Shipments will be FOB Origin to Lexington, KY. The associated NAICS code is 332994 and small business standard is 1,000. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
