- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The 414th Contracting Support Brigade in Vicenza, Italy is issuing this Combined Solicitation Synopsis identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support requirements for any of the services listed below. The location of performance is in the country of Burundi in and around Camp Bururi region and the period of performance will be between the months on or about 25 January 2015 thru 11 April 2015. Requirement NAICS code FSC Language Interpreters 541930 R-Professional, admin support services (French language to English language) The U.S. Government is requesting quotes for Interpreters services. Please fill in your quotes on the solicitation ensure your company name and contact information is on the solicitation. Please fill in blocks 17a, 30a, b, c, and provide the quoted amount on page three in US Dollars. In order to be considered for this request all quotes must be received by 24 September, 1500hrs (European Central Time) to the below email address. If your organization has the potential capacity to perform these contract services, please provide the following information: 1) Organization name 2) Address 3) Email address 4) Web site address 5) Telephone number 6) Size and type of ownership for the organization 7) Tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability. If significant subcontracting or teaming is anticipated in order to deliver technical capability, organizations should address the administrative and management structure of such arrangements. [Note: In accordance with FAR 10.001(b), agencies should not request potential sources to submit more than the minimum information necessary.] The government will evaluate market information to ascertain potential market capacity to 1)Provide services consistent in scope and scale with those described in this notice and otherwise anticipated; 2)secure and apply the full range of corporate financial, human capital, and technical resources required to successfully perform similar requirements; 3)implement a successful project management plan that includes: Compliance with tight program schedules; cost containment; meeting and tracking performance; hiring and retention of key personnel and risk mitigation; and 4) provide services under a performance based service acquisition contract. Submission Instructions: Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to perform the above-listed services are invited to submit a response to this Solicitation Notice No Later Than Monday 24 September 2014 1500 hrs Central European Time.
