Description

Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The Facilities Management (FM) section of the Facilities, Security and Contracting (FSC) manages the agency's facilities, to include real property acquisition, space design and layout, building operations, personal property, safety and occupational health programs, as well as logistical support services programs that promote a safe, healthy and high-quality work environment for Office of Personnel Management (OPM) employees. The subscription renewal shall continue to maintain and support FM as it pertains to AutooCAD Architecture 2015, AutoCAD MEP 2015 and Building Design Suite Premium 2015 support for one (1) year. It is the intention of this agency to award a firm-fixed price agreement under the GSA Federal Supply Schedule Program to R&A Contractors Group, Inc. The North American Standard Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code for action is 238290 - Other Building Equipment Contractors. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS, AN INVITATION FOR BIDS, OR A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS. FURTHERMORE, IT DOES NOT REPRESENT A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT TO PAY FOR COSTS INCURRED IN PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION OF DATA OR ANY OTHER COSTS INCURRED IN RESPONSE TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. This is not a solicitation for offers, but rather a notice of OPM's intent to negotiate a sole source award to Microsoft Corporation. This notice is for information only, and may represent the only official notice.
