- The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) intends to issue Request for Proposal (RFP) W52P1J-14-R-0004 in support of the Enhanced Army Global Logistics Enterprise (EAGLE) Logistics Support Services requirement at Yuma Proving Ground. The contractor will provide logistical support including, but not limited to, the following functional areas: Consolidated Installation Property Book Office (Asset Management Services), Installation Supply Support Activity (Retail Supply Services), Hazardous Material (HAZMAT), Personal Property Operations, Rail Operations, Materiel Movements, and Equipment Pool Operations. This RFP will be restricted to EAGLE Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) Holders that can certify its Small Business status under NAICS code 561210 by the closing date of the official RFP. The estimated release date of the RFP is October 2014.
