Questions and Answers Q: Section E (8) states that we must submit a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3. If we are registered in SAM, would that show that we have already completed that, or do we still have to include this with our submission? A: Yes you will need to complete this section every time you fill out a solicitation just in case your company status changes. Q: Can I email you the completed solicitation or does it have to be delivered via FedEx/mail by tomorrow? A: You can email your package.
