Description

Limited Sources Documentation The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Cellebrite USA Corp\ located at: 7 Campus Drive, Suite 210, Parsippany, NJ 07452 for: KIT UFED Touch Logical. The proposed purchase order is for Forensic Solution for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with Cellebrite, USA under authority 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been justified, certified and approved. The NAICS Code is 334220, "Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing" and the Small Business Size Standard is 750. The Government anticipates the award on a firm-fixed price purchase order. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities to respond to the requirement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. Closing date is September 26, 2014 at 8:00 AM Eastern Standard Time.
