Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, on behalf of the Durham VA Medical Center, is conducting market research to determine small business, small disadvantaged business, 8(a), Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Woman Owned Small Business or HUBZone's interest in a service contract to optimize, upgrade and maintain the Building Management System (BMS) at the Durham VAMC. The contractor must be able to design, provide support and integration to a redundant BMS comprised of non-vendor specific products that communicate via a native BACNET protocol. The existing BMS is primarily comprised of, but not limited to, Siemen Apogee software and Siemen products. Contractor shall provide: remote system support and diagnostics (phone based); emergency onsite response services; Apogee insight software updates. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 541513 Size Standard: $25.5 million, and the Classification code is J035. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The Government will not pay for any information solicited. Interested parties should submit with their response the following information: 1.Company name and DUN # 2.POC information 3.Business size and socio-economic classification (for example SDVOSB, Woman-owned) 4.Is this item available on FSS Schedule?
