- PWS Template 23 Sep 2014 EITSD Statement of Objectives 23 Sep 2014 The Government is announcing an Industry Day and releasing a Draft RFP for industry feedback. Industry Day Information The Government will be hosting an Industry Day for the Washington Headquarters Service's Enterprise Information Technology Service Directorate's Service Delivery Support requirement on 14 October 2014. Please submit initial questions related to the Draft RFP documents by October 6th 2014 12:00PM Eastern Time, via email only - hardcopies will not be accepted and telephonic questions will not be entertained. Submitted questions will be reviewed and addressed during the Industry Day. Questions should be submitted in the following format: Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF 12 Size font Times New Roman, With 1 inch margins, single sided The venue will be the Doubletree in Crystal City. Name: DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Address: 300 Army Navy Dr, Arlington, VA 22202 Phone:(703) 416-4100 Crystal Ballroom - Salons A and B Lobby Level The hotel is located 3 blocks from the Pentagon City Metro Station which has the yellow/blue lines going to it. Once outside the Metro entrance go North a half block towards Army Navy Drive and the Pentagon. Make a right on Army Navy Drive and walk two and half blocks crossing S. Fern Street and S. Eads Street. The hotel will be on your right. We would like to limit attendance to two employees per company and to have them provide the names of these individuals by October 6th at noon when questions are due. Parking Self parking $26.00 (1 hr =$9 2 hrs =$14) Valet parking $30.00 (Valet $16 0-2 hrs) Event Time is from 8:00 AM until 12:00 PM.
