MATERIAL MUST BE MANUFACTURED BY TOTAL PETROCHEMICALS & REFINING USA, INC. POLYBD R45 HTLO, BRAND NAME ONLY, NO SUBSTITUTES. CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMANCE, CERTIFICATE OF ANALYSIS AND MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEET REQUIRED WITH EACH SHIPMENT. EXPIRATION DATE MUST BE PRINTED ON PACKAGING. MATERIAL MUST BE SHIPPED IN 55 GALLON DRUMS WITH ANTI-STATIC LINERS. METAL DRUMS MUST BE NEW AND PALLETIZED. DO NOT MIX LOTS ON PALLETS.
