Description
Revision I of solicitation SP4706-14-R-0009 The purpose of issued Amendment II to the combine synopsis-solicitation SP4705-14-R-0009 is to add the following questions and answers that were submitted. 1. Solicitation SP4705-14-R-0009 period of performance begins on 1 December 2014; however the PWS, it says period of performance begins on 1 January 2015. Which is correct? The period of performance begins on January 1, 2015. Please refer to the attached Revision I of solication SP4706-14-R-0009 for the correct period of performance. 2. The instructions regarding the QCP and the QASP are conflicting in the Instructions to Offeror, page 9, it says the QCP shall be an attachment to Section III, Management Capability and on page 3 in the PWS it says the Contractor shall prepare and submit a QCP within 30 days of contract award. Clarify when the QCP and the QASP need to be provided? As part of the evaluation process of the submit proposal is require that the contractor provide the QCP and QASP as require on page 9 of the Instructions to Offeror. 3. Certifications, pages 48-65 on the PWS: are the contractor fill these out and submit with their proposal, or, as is usually the case, will you obtain them from SAM? The contractor will complete the documents or provide the documentation require in the Instructions to Offerror. 4. All the contractors that will submit a proposal to the combine-solicitation SP4706-14-R-0009 are require to provide a sign copy of page 1 of the attached Revision I of solicitation SP4706-14-R-0009. The purpose of issued Amendment I to the combine synopsis-solicitation SP4705-14-R-0009 is to add the following questions and answers that were submitted. 1. Has a contractor performed similar work or services to the Goverment in the past? A contractor is performing similar work or services to the Government. 2. If available, please provide the incumbent name and contract number. The name of the previous contractor and current incumbent is Carol Nelson & Associates Similar work or services were provide under Task Order number SP4706-13-F-5019.
