- The Army Contracting Command - Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA) under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 6.302-1 entitled, quote mark Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, this announcement is of the purpose for the Government's intent to award sole-source to Active Innovations. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, the Government intends to award a sole source contract for the Logistics Support Agency (LOGSA) procurement of InfoRouter Software with the following components: 720 Ea InfoRouter Client Licenses, 1 Ea InfoRouter Server License, and 1 Ea InfoRouter Annual Subscription Program. InfoRouter software is a workflow tool that enables users to more efficiently develop, manage, and maintain any type of document. Currently, this software is only sold by the creator Active Innovations and has no partnering company setup as a standard reseller. The Contractor Active Innovations will furnish all necessary items to equip Logistics Support Agency (LOGSA). The following provisions apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial. The offeror must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer. 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items. 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items. 252.232-7003 Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports. 252.212-7001 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items. The Government will award a contract to Active Innovations whose offer is most advantageous to the government; price and other factors were considered. The following factors were used to evaluate Active Innovations offer: Technical capability and price. Award will be made to Active Innovations whose offer was technically acceptable and is the existing contractor providing equipment and service. This post is issued as a Notice of Intent to Award.
