- Description
- This requirement is for NSN 5895-01-197-5009, Control, and Remote Switching which is identified by Kiddie -Fenwal Inc. DBA Chemtron, CAGE 0KDP7, P/N 897059. The RFP will cover requirements for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a 1-year base period and four, 1-year option periods. The solicitation will be issued as Unrestricted on the basis of other than full and open competition. The estimated annual quantity is 48 each for the base year and each option year. A guaranteed minimum of 12 each applies to the base year only. Offers will be solicited with a delivery of 84 days ARO. Terms are FOB Origin with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination for DLA Direct requirements only. Based on market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. Clause 252.225-7021, Trade Agreements applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. No Internet Quoting Service (IQS) or Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) quotes will be accepted for this solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
