On September 25, 2014, The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases issued a purchase order to FEI Company under HHSN272201401218P. This purchase order was issued under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901(e)(2), only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized for the justification. The justification document is provided in the attached package.
