- This solicitation is to result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base period of one year with provisions for 4 one-year option periods covering NSN 6680-01-444-7131, Indicator, Liquid Quantity, in accordance with Western Filter Division of Donaldson CAGE 13520 P/N 430121 or Bell Helicopter Textron CAGE 97499 P/N 901-341-532-105. Source control item. DLAD clause 52.217-9003 Restriction of Alternate Offers for Source Controlled Items applies. The estimated annual quantity is 120 EA. The guaranteed minimum is 30 EA which is applicable only to the base year. The five-year maximum contract quantity is 600 EA. FOB Origin; Inspection Acceptance Origin. Unrestricted on an Other Than Full and Open Competitive basis. Critical Safety Item. Item is not commercial. Item is used in support of the Marine Corps Osprey V-22A and Osprey CV-22B Aircrafts. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. The expected issue date is October 14, 2014. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Clause 252.225-7021 Trade Agreements will be included in the solicitation.
