Solicitation Number: VA528-14-Q-0483 Notice Type: Intent to Sole Source DESCRIPTION This Notice is to inform the industry that the Veterans Affair of Western New York announces that it intends to award a sole source award to Industrial Acoustic Company, Inc. The NAICS code is 33912 and the size standard is 500 Employees. The Period of Performance will begin approximately September 30, 2014-March 30, 2015. Short Summary of Requirement: The vendor shall remove one audiology booth and move it to the warehouse located at the Buffalo VA Medical Center, Buffalo, NY. In addition, the vendor will remove an additional IAC 1404-ACT Double Wall Exam/Single Wall control Audiometric suite for refurbish to current regulatory codes to be reinstalled at the Buffalo VA Medical Center, Buffalo, NY. This requirement was previously posted to fbo.gov under solicitation number VA528-14-Q-0085 and received no bids. All questions must be submitted by email to megan.biggerstaff@va.gov.
