Description

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS Elevator Maintenance The Coatesville VA Medical Center located at 1400 Blackhorse Hill Rd., PA 19320, intends to release Solicitation VA244-14-Q-1205 for the contractor to provide full maintenance which includes regular and systematic inspections for the Coatesville Veterans Affairs Medical Center (CVAMC) 1400 Black Horse Hill Road Coatesville, PA approximately twenty (20) elevators. During the inspection visits, the contractor shall clean, adjust and lubricate the equipment as specified in the Statement of Work to determine the nature and extent of any trouble/problems, and the maintenance required to restore the elevators to safe and satisfactory service, and if conditions warrant, furnish and install parts. The full solicitation will be posted on FEDBIZOPPS www.fbo.gov on or shortly after September 29, 2014. This full solicitation will be a 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 811310, Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Maintenance, the size standard is $7.5 million. This will be a Fixed Price Contract with a 12 month base period of performance plus four (4) one year option periods.
