- This amendment is to revise the equipment list for the HiPath 4000 V6 system. The reason for this amendment is to remove three erroneously included tabs on the attached excel equipment list document. A revised attached has been provided entitled, amendment 0001 revised equipment list. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 1. Solicitation number W912LD-14-T-0054 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13 guidelines. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-72. All responsible sources may submit an offer to be considered by the agency. 2. This requirement is a unrestricted. See clause 52.212-2, quote mark Evaluation Procedures quote mark, for further details on evaluation procedures. 3. The Government will award a firm fixed price contract for HiPath 4000 V6 system for the Rhode Island Air National Guard 143rd Command Post located at Quonset State Airport, North Kingstown Rhode Island. Evaluation of proposals may be made without discussions with the offeror(s). The Government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to this combined synopsis/solicitation will be most advantageous to the government according to FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The following items are being procured: CLIN Description: 0001: HiPath 4000 V6 system-See Attached Equipment List Quantity: 1 Each 0002: Installation-Contractor shall install and test the HiPath 4000 V6 for the 143rd AW Command Post. This will be a complete turnkey installation by the contractor. Quantity: 1 Each 0003: Training-Training on the operation and the administration of the proposed system will be provided for a minimum of 12 hours. All training presentations and documentation (system administrator, user, and training guides) will be provided and performed on-site in English at the time of system installation. All documentation, to include training material, shall be turned over to the customer for recurring training needs. Quantity: 1 Each 0004: Warranty- Contractor will provide a full/unlimited 1 year warranty for all contractor provided hardware/software, materials, and workmanship. The warranty period will not begin until final government acceptance. The warranty will include emergency technical assistance as required including 24/7 remote dial-in and on-site responses for system failures. 4. The Government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement.
