Description

Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1 (b)(1), The Contracting Office, Naval Hospital Bremerton, Bremerton WA, intends to issue a sole source award to Ortho Clinical Diagnostics in the amount of $39,000.00 for the period of 01 Oct 2014 through 31 Mar 2015 for a Cost Per Test contract for the ProVue Instrument, plus consumables. This will be a 6 month bridge contract. This notice is not a request for quotes and no solicitation will be issued. Any firm that belives it can provide the stated service can provide supporting documents demonstrating their capability. Responses received will be used for future acquisitions. Information can be sent to Becky Smith @ rebecca.smith@med.navy.mil. No telephone of facsimile requests will be accepted. This procedure will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
