- Statement of Work Landfill Services RFQP03161400044 Landfill/Disposal Services FY-15 Solicitation Letter Landfill This is a pre-solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution-Williamsburg, Salters, South Carolina intends to issue solicitation RFQP03161400044 for the requirements of: LANDFILL SERVICES. Delivery dates will begin October 1, 2014 through September 30, 2015. Deliveries will be made by the Federal Correctional Institution. The contract type is firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal, single, or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, price being rated higher than past performance. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be posted to the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is September 30, 2014 at 11:00 p.m. EST. Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or government purchase card. All invoices must be submitted via mail to P.O. Box 220, Salters, SC 29590. For payment do not e-mail invoices. Each offer is required per 52.212-3 to complete their representations and certifications via the On-line Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov. Faith-Based and Community Based Organizations (AUG 2005) is included. All potential offerors are advised that this solicitation includes the clause FAR 52.212-4 (June 2010) for commercial items. Offerors should include their Data Universal Number System (DUNS) number in their offers. As of October 2012 all vendors participating shall be registered in the SAM website, www.sam.gov.
