- Trailer Pants Tech Data Item 1: Pants, FR, Aramid, Sage Green, Type I PGC#04003 Item 2: Pants, FR, Aramid,Spruce Green, Type II PGC#04005 • Indefinite Delivery Type Contract (IDTC) is anticipated for the Item 1: Pants, FR, Aramid, Sage Green, Type I Nomex PGC#04003 and Item 2: Pants, FR, Aramid, Spruce Green, Type II Kevlar PGC#04005 • NSNs for the Item 1: Pants, FR, Aramid, Sage Green: 8415-01-464-2282(s); NSNs for the Item 2: Pants, FR, Aramid, Spruce Green: 8415-01-559-3540(s) • Solicitation SPM1C1-15-R-0003 will be issued as an unrestricted basis. It will consist of a Base Term and three 1-year Options. • Quantities: Item 1: Pants, FR, Aramid, Sage Green, Type I PGC#04003 - Quantity: BASE: Annual Estimate Quantity (AEQ) 53,320 unit/ MIN 13,330 unit/ MAX 66,650 unit with three term options. OPTION 1 THRU 3: AEQ 53,320 unit/ MIN 13,330 unit/ MAX 66,650 unit. Item 2: Pants, FR, Aramid, Spruce Green, Type II PGC#04005 - Quantity: BASE: AEQ 9,792 unit/ MIN 2,448 unit/ MAX 12,250 unit with three term options. OPTION 1 THRU 3: AEQ 9,792 unit/ MIN 2,448 unit/ MAX 12,250 unit. * NOTE: The Government reserves the right to order any combination of the Item 1 and Item 2. • The items will be procured on a FOB destination basis and delivered to Tracy, CA • Production Lead Time is 180 days after date of award. • These items are procured in accordance with a United States Department of Agriculture, Forest Service specifications. These Specifications are located at: http://www.fs.fed.us/t-d/programs/fire/specs.htm. It is the RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTORS to access this website and place the request for specifications or patterns. Item 1: PANTS, FLAME RESISTANT ARAMID (TYPE I): Shall be in accordance with Forest Service Specification 5100-92M, dated January 15, 2010 and MTDC drawing/pattern MTDC 973F dated October 9, 2009. Type I Color - Sage green Item II: PANTS, FLAME RESISTANT ARAMID (TYPE II): Shall be in accordance with Forest Service Specification 5100-92M, dated January 15, 2010, and MTDC drawing/Pattern MTDC 973F, dated October 9, 2009. Type II Color - Light Spruce green First article samples are required in accordance with 5100-92M. Trailer info applies to both Pants ***This item requires NFPA 1977 certification. It is recommended that the certification be required at time of contract award. Higher level quality required; ISO 9001 certification by the manufacturer and any subcontractors is a prerequisite for NFPA 1977 certification. Equivalency for ISO 9001 is not acceptable.
