- Applicable Far Clauses Small Business Certification Solicitation/Contract/Order for Commercial Items Dept of Labor Wage Rates Palm Beach County Landscaping SOW This combined synopsis/solicitation for services. This synopsis/solicitation is being advertised for Small Business vendors only. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; no separate written solicitation will be issued. The solicitation number is HSCG28-15-Q-PMU006. Applicable North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) codes are: 561730 Landscaping Services, size standard: $16.5 Mil. This requirement is for a fixed price contract. The contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR part 13 and FAR part 15. The award of this contract will be made on the basis of Lowest Price/Technically Acceptable. Proposals shall be submitted providing cost break down to include labor, materials and equipment required to complete the landscaping services. Anticipated award date: 7 days after close of solicitation, OOA 24 October 2014 Quotes are to be received no later than close of business (3 p.m.) on 15 Oct 2014. Telephone requests of quotes, will not be accepted, a formal notice of changes (if applicable) will be issued in FEDBIZOPS (www.fbo.gov). Wage determinations: General Decision Number: PR140001, dated 01/03/2014 SCOPE OF WORK: Contractor is to provide all labor, materials and equipment to Mow, Trim and provide weed control to 11 housing units and common areas located at Coast Guard Jupiter Lighthouse Housing Complex. See attached SOW for details. Geographical range: Performance Period: Performance of work is expected to commence within 7 days after award is provided to contactor. Site visit: Prospective bidders are highly encouraged to arrange a site visit to verify the requirements within the SOW.
