- Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other than Full and Open Competition REQUIREMENT: The United States Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease that is expiring in Charlotte, NC. The Government will consider relocation if economic and other factors determine an alternative space to be advantageous to the Government. Consideration factors include all tenant improvement costs, moving costs, telecommunications relocation costs, and agency special requirements. LOCATION: Space must be located within the following boundaries: Charlotte, NC CBD REQUIRED : The Government requires a total of 75,444 usable square feet of space. TERM: The lease term will be 1 years firm. Occupancy is desired no later than December 15, 2014. OWNERS & AGENTS: To submit a location for consideration, contact this office by Oct 7, 2014. Owners and Exclusive Agents only. Anyone else must provide a letter of authorization from the building owner.
