- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/PROPOSALS. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Fort Carson is seeking to identify the interest and ability of businesses for the Integrated Commercial Intrusion Detection System Monitoring, Maintenance, Repair, and Installation Services at Fort Carson, Colorado in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. The applicable NAICS Code for this requirement is 561621 with a small business size standard of $20.5million. Period of Performance is 1 July 2015 - 30 June 2019 12-month base year plus 4 12-month option years. The estimated magnitude of this requirement is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. All parties are advised that this project may be revised or canceled at any time during the solicitation, selection, evaluation, negotiation, and final award. In responding to this sources sought, please indicate your: (1) interest and ability to do the above work (2) if your business is 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Economically Disadvantaged Woman Owned Small Business, Women Owned Small Business, and/or HUBZone certified, large, or small. (3) Past experience providing this type of service. (4) Company information to include Company Name, Physical address, Phone Number, and E-mail address. Submit this information to the POC below, via e-mail. If enough responses are received in response to this sources sought notice, the combined synopsis/solicitation will be issued on or about 01 December 2014. The announcement will be made available through Army Single Face to Industry at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ and www.fbo.gov. Interested offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information and for downloading their own copy of the combined synopsis solicitation and performance work statement. All vendors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database or they will not be eligible for award. Contractors can obtain further information on the SAM website at www.sam.gov. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a purchase order nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any quotation preparation costs. This sources sought synopsis is issued for maximizing competition and identify sources that can provide the ICIDS services at Fort Carson, Colorado and receive comments regarding the requirements documentation. The information provided in the sources sought is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. The Army has not made a commitment to procure any of the items discussed, and release of this sources sought should not be construed as such a commitment or as authorization to incur cost for which reimbursement would be required or sought. All submissions become Government property and will not be returned, but will be handled in accordance with applicable proprietary markings. Responses are due no later than 31 October 2014, 3:00 PM MST. Questions and concerns of the PWS are due no later than 24 October 2014, 3:00 PM MST. Responses shall be submitted via e-mail only to SSG Clyde L.
