- MIL STD 2073E CDLR's att 5 Past Performance Questionnaire Att 4 CPARS Update Questionnaire Att 3 EDFP Worksheet ALFS_Improved_Cable_Perf_Spec_Rev0.75 SOO ALFS Improved Cable 16 Sept 2014 N00019-15-R-0001 This is a pre-solicitation notice and a preliminary draft release of the solicitation for MH-60 Romeo, Airborne Low Frequency Sonar (ALFS) Improved Sonar Cable. The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, MD, intends to conduct a full and open competition for the procurement of an improved Sonar Cable for the AN/AQS-22 Airborne Low Frequency Sonar (ALFS) for the MH-60 Romeo in accordance with Government-owned ALFS Improved Cable Performance Specification. The draft solicitation includes the requirements for non-recurring, delivery of cables for testing, and Options for the procurement of cables for retrofit. Solicitation N00019-15-R-0001 is issued as a DRAFT SOLICITATION for industry comment. The draft solicitation, including the associated specification and Statement of Objectives, has been posted to the NAVAIR homepage located at http://www.navair.navy.mil. Select "Business" then "Doing Business with us" and "Open Solicitations." Industry comments should be provided no later than 4:30 p.m. on 29 October 2014. On 21 November 2013 a Sources Sought notice was issued to which firms responded with Capability Statements. Based on technical review of those Statements, and in coordination with NAVAIR Office of Small Business Program, the Contracting Officer has determined that an unrestricted competition is appropriate.
