Description

• Two (2) high speed copiers o 50 copies per minute minimum output, with auto feed and duplexing capability o Finisher needs the capability to staple & collate 15 documents during one printing entry o Please include the: Manufacture, Model, & specifications for copiers quoted o All supplies provided except paper. o Total Service available Monday through Saturday during normal business hours o Copiers to be delivered to 28251 Van Dyke Road, Warren MI, date TBD o Pick up & delivery charges need to be included in the contract. o 30,000 thousand copies per month included in lease contract for each copier, for billing purposes the total number of copies from each copier will be combined to stay below the 60,000 contracted copies per month.  Per copy cost above the 60,000 threshold shall be stated. o Copiers shall be leased for 3 months with the provision to extend the lease for additional time if needed  Following the initial lease period the copier lease may be terminated following a 7 day notice to pick up the copies  Also a provision to lease additional copiers if needed at the same or lesser rate if usage indicates a need for additional copying capacity is needed  If copying capacity is needed at other FEMA Office locations in within the state of Michigan the capability to provide, copiers and service should be outlined in the quote for the copier lease. o At the close of the Lease the copier hard drives shall be removed by service technical support, scrubbed of all data by FEMA IT and reinstalled by service technical support. • Two (2) High Speed Fax Machines
