- This solicitation is to result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base period of one year with provisions for 4 one-year option periods covering National Stock Number (NSN) 6610-00-453-4096, Detector Tube Assembly in accordance with Avionics Specialties Inc CAGE 10639 P/N 500-1259. Estimated Annual Quantity 36 EA. Guaranteed Minimum Quantity 9 EA applicable to the base year only. The 5-year maximum quantity is 180 EA. FOB Origin; Inspection Acceptance Destination. Solicitation will be issued Unrestricted on an Other Than Full and Open Competitive basis. Item is not commercial. Item is used in support of the Hawkeye E-2C Aircraft and other military applications. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. The expected issue date is October 22, 2014. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Clause 252.225-7021 Trade Agreements will be included in the solicitation.
