Description

*The Government intends to enter into a lease renewal for a period of 10 years for 3,684 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (ABOA) square feet of office and related space. The Government presently occupies space at 5707 Huntsman Road, Richmond, Virginia which expires February 9, 2016 under GSA Lease number GS-03B-04356. The Government has determined for mission-related and economic reasons that it is advantageous to renew its current lease. *The cost of a physical move, as well as the cost of new space alterations will be taken into consideration when determining whether or not relocation is economically advantageous. * Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
