- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ, under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1, intends to procure Gas Chromatography Tandem Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS/MS) and Inductively Coupled Plasma Emission Tandem Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS/MS) combined with a Liquid Chromatograph (LC) to the Navy Fuels & Lubricants Cross Functional Team Laboratory in the Propulsion and Power Department (4.4) at NAWCAD Patuxent River, MD. The GC-MS/MS & LC-ICP-MS/MS contract will include the purchase of components, materials, parts, and setup/installation It has been determined that Agilent Technologies brand is the only brand that will satisfy this requirement; however there are distributors that can provide the equipment. The Navy does not own the drawings or data rights to the specified products above. Alternate equipment is not acceptable A determination by the Government to limit the requirement to a brand name procurement is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit for an award of a contract.
