- Description
- CBP Has some clarification responses to concerns that were brought up earlier: 1.) C.7.3 Plan Submissions and Approvals, where it states 14 calendar days for the Transition Plan but the table in C.5.2.6 states within 30 days of contract award. 30 days is fine, as long as the transition plan submission and approval time period run concurrently with the transition-in period. 2.) Paragraph C.5.7.2 states an Initial Deficiency List Report is due to the Government within 75 days after contract award, but the rest of the solicitation states the contractor has 120 days to fully complete the equipment validation process and provide a report to the Government. We believe 75 days is a typo, 120 days is the correct time frame.
