- Request For Information (RFI) Response form. Statement Of Work (SOW) The United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Customs and Border Protection (CBP), San Diego Office of Field Operation's (SDOFO), Canine Program (CP) is seeking a Canine Kennel Maintenance contractor to provide daily maintenance, daily feeding and provide sanitation of its canine kennel operations in accordance with all related Federal, state and local sanitation policies and procedures. The statement of work is attached to this notice. CBP is seeking potential suppliers and marketing information for a one year contract (with four one-year options to extend) in support of the OFO kennel house. The applicable NAICS for this service is 812910. Interested firms shall respond using the attached request for information (RFI) response form. Please include a brief capability statement, complete contact information (company name, POC, email, phone), and GSA/FSS schedules if applicable. Please indicate if you are a SDVOSB, VOSB, HUBZONE, 8A, WOSB, SB or Other than small business. All responses to this sources sought notice shall be submitted to Kirk Hunt, email kirk.hunt@dhs.gov. The closing time/date for responses is 3:00 PM MST, October 27, 2014. This sources sought notice is for market research purposes only.
