- AMENDMENT 01 The purpose of this amendment is to establish a question submission closing date and time of 15 October 2014 at 12:00 PM PST, add clause 5252.222-9600 in Section G, and Attachments 4-9 for specified wage determinations by location, and provide the answers to questions received prior to the issuance of this amendment. Quotes must be uploaded on the SPAWAR e-commerce website at https://e- commerce.sscno.nmci.navy.mil, under SSC Pacific/Simplified Acquisitions/N66001-14-R-0068. TO: This RFP closes on October 23, 2014 at 10:00 AM, Pacific Daylight Time (PDT). Proposals must be uploaded on the SPAWAR e-commerce website at https://e- commerce.sscno.nmci.navy.mil. *************************************************************** This is an SSC Pacific combined synopsis/solicitation for engineering services VLF/LF transmitter and antenna support. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Competitive quotes are being requested under N66001-14-R-0068. This requirement is set-aside for small business as a result of Market Survey MKTSVY_D6696X Amendment 0001 (Reference Number N66001-13-R-0068) (2/12/14), the NAICS code is 541330 and business size standard is $35.5 million. Requirement: Please see attached Request for Proposal (RFP), Exhibit A, and Attachments 1- 3. Basis for award: The government anticipates awarding a five year indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with a cost plus fixed fee and cost type pricing arrangement. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-76 (8/25/14) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), DPN 20140919 (9/19/14). It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses can be accessed in full text at www.farsite.hill.af.mil.
