Description

The Government proposes sole source to Karl Storz Endoscopy-America, Inc. for Service Maintenance on Erlangen Mini Sialendoscopy Telescope. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, any quotation received within six (6) calendar days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any quotations should be e-mailed to Laurie.Ridge@va.gov no later than 9:00 am Pacific Standard Time, on October 15, 2014. The NAICS Code is 811219. The size standard is $20.5 million.
