- SOW Clarifications SF 30 The contractor shall be responsible for and shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment necessary to upgrade the AV infrastructure to Courtroom # 4, located on the 3rd Floor at the Roman L. Hruska Courthouse. A walk-through of the space has been setup for Wednesday, October 8th from 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. Please coordinate your attendance at this event withTerry Morgan. Unannounced site visits will not be permitted. Award of this contract will be made on the basis of price and past performance, as demonstrated by the contractor's submission of projects completed successfully in the past three years. See attached form for description of project information needed.
