- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, located in Loretto, Pennsylvania anticipates issuance of a solicitation to repair one institutional water well. The successful contractor shall provide all material, labor, equipment and expertise for this construction project. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $50,000.00 and $150,000.00. This project is a total 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 238220, which contains a size standard of $15.0 million. The period of performance for the resulting contract is 30 calendar days from the notice to proceed. Any contractor interested in obtaining a contract award with the Federal Bureau of Prisons must be registered at www.sam.gov. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The successful contractor shall be responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes. There are no tax exemptions.
