- On Tuesday, December 16, 2014, the U.S. Women's Chamber of Commerce will be hosting the Department of State-Office of Small Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) FY 2015 Small Business Outreach Session. This is open to HubZone, SDVOSB, and WOSB Small Businesses only. Please join us mid morning for the opportunity to network with the Department of State's OSDBU Staff and Large business Primce Contractor Representatives.
