Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 2 Canandaigua VA Medical Center, 400 Fort Hill Avenue, Canandaigua New York intends to solicit is requirement for a service maintenance agreement to include on-site, remote and telephone support for the following medical imaging equipment: a.GE CT: LIGHTSPEED 4 SLICE LS QX/I b.GE XR ANALOG R&F c.GE XR PRECISION 500D d.GE MEDRAD MV PR MEDRAD STELLANT SX e.GE UL LOGIQ 9 f.GE LUNAR IDXA g.GE XRDISCOVERY XR650 2-D This acquisition is being conducted under Lowest price Technically Acceptable Source Selection Process FAR 15.101-2. There are not set-aside restrictions for this requirement. The intended procurement will be classified under North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) 811219 with a small business size standard of $20.5 Million. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document exists for this requirement. However, parties interested in responding to this notice will need to submit technical data sufficient to determine capability in providing the same product. All capability statements received by the closing date of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
