Page 38; 3.1 Clause B-1 Definitions: Added definition for route departure date. 5. Page 62; Section 4: Updated to identify which attachments have been amended in Amendment 00002. 6. The following attachments released with the solicitation have been deleted in their entirety, and are replaced with those released with this Amendment 00002: a. Attachment D: Added footnote specifying that the requirements listed in Attachment D do not apply to Postal-built containers.
