- 5A-14-A-0005 - Amendment 00003 All changes in Amendment 00003 are highlighted in pink. The solicitation contains minor changes; however, no changes are made to the attachments with this Amendment 00003. 1. The address offerors must submit written proposals to is: Christine D. Powell Global Acquisitions Air Transportation CMC 475 L'Enfant Plaza, SW Room 1P650 Washington DC 20260-0650 2. Page 6; Preamble: The list of amendments is hereby updated. 3. Page 45; 3.17 Clause 2-19: Option to Extend (Services Contract) is hereby updated to indicate that the Schedule is provided in Amendment 3, and will be incorporated into the Schedule, PS Form 8203 at contract award. 4. The following language will be included in the Schedule, PS Form 8203, at contract award: Reference Clause 2-19, Option to Extend (Services Contract) (March 2006). The Postal Service may require the supplier to continue to perform any or all services under this contract. The Postal Service will provide a 60 day notice to the supplier if an extension is required. The contract may be extended for no longer than six months to ensure continuity of services.
