- Notice of Intent to award a sole source extension modification. Under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation clause 52.217-8 and Part 6, Subpart 6.3021 (only one source), the Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Fort Riley, KS intends to contract with Gana-a' Yoo Services Inc., 1205 E International Airport Road, Suite 100, Anchorage, AK, 99518, on a sole source basis for custodial services at Fort Riley, KS. This will be for six (6) one-month options (1 Nov 2014 through 30 April 2015). Pricing for this option period was not evaluated during the solicitation. Current 3rd option period pricing will be utilized during the six (6) one-month options. Scope of Work: Provide all management, plant, labor, supplies, tools, equipment, communications devices, transportation, and fuel necessary to provide custodial service at Fort Riley, Kansas Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. In doing so, interested sources must submit technical capabilities, pricing, and other information that demonstrates their ability to meet the Governments needs no later than the 15th day after this notice is posted. Detailed capabilities must be submitted to MICC Fort Riley; Attn: David Hildebrand/Gary Parker; 1792 12th Street; Fort Riley, KS 66442. This synopsis is not considered a request for bid/quote/proposal. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests for technical information will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on a basis of offers received in response to this notice, but offers will be used to determine if a comparable source is available and more advantageous to the Government.
