Description
Quote Submission Questionnaire Davis-Bacon Wage Determinations Scope of Work and Terms and Conditions SF-1442 - AG-82A7-S-14-0085 This solicitation is being issued for a qualified and licensed contractor who is capable providing for the removal and proper disposal of Tritium Gas Exit signs, and the installation of new light emitting diode (LED) style exit signs in multple locations and multiple buildings at the Anaconda Job Corps Center, located in Anaconda, MT. The installation of the new LED style exit signs must tie into existing electrical power supplies, and have battery backup. The new LED style exist signs must meet all NEC and NFPA Code requirements. The existing Tritium Gas exit signs must be removed and disposed of in accordance with OSHA 29 CFR 1910, OSHA 29 CFR 1926, and the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) - NRC - 10CFR, Part 32.22. They cannot be disposed of in a regular landfill. The complete solicitation package, which includes the project plans and specifications, will be made available only through the FedBizOpps (FBO) website at https://fbo.gov/. Anyone wishing to participate in this proposed procurement must obtain their copy from FBO. Copies will not be mailed from the Contracting Office. All amendments will be posted on FBO. Contractors will be solely responsible for obtaining amendments from this site to update files. This construction project will be solicited under FAR 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as authorized by FAR 13.000, and as 100% Small Business set-aside, as required by FAR 13.003 (b)(1), with the intent to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. One (1) award will be made, in accordance with the acquisition procedures established in 13.106-2 (b) and FAR 15.102-2, to the offeror(s) whose evaluated offer/proposal represented the lowest priced technically acceptable (LPTA). Magnitude of Construction - Between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00 Estimated construction times: Sixty (60) days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed All inquires shall be via email only. No inquires via telephone. Notice to Offerors: NOTE 1: All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at http://www.sam/gov/ before award of contract; failure to register in the SAM database will cause your firm to be ineligible for any future award. NOTE 2: "Notice to Offerors: Funds are presently available for this effort. The Government reserves the right to cancel, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
