- THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY!!! Solicitation W911SA-15-T-0025 will be posted on or about 05 January 2015 on www.fbo.gov. Telephone, written or electronic requests for hard copies of the solicitation documentation will be discouraged. Vendors interesed in this solicitation should access www.fbo.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents and solicitation amendments. Vendors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments.
