- Bidder docs required DBA Wages New HVAC Equipment This is a subcontracting opportunity with Management & Training Corporation (MTC), operator of the Inland Empire Job Corps Center. MTC is requesting bids for removal of existing HVAC units and installing new (not previously used or operated) HVAC equipment as identified in the Scope of work. Services to be provided are outlined in the scope of work. All bids must be returned by mail or electronically and received no later than 2:00 PM on November 12, 2014. Your response must be submitted in accordance with Section 2, Instructions to Bidders, of the Construction Bid Package (CBP) to: Andrew Zody, Buyer Management & Training Corporation Inland Empire Job Corps Center 3173 Kerry St San Bernardino CA 92407 e-mail: zody.andrew@jobcorps.org All interested bidders should plan to attend the pre bid meeting/job walk: October 31, 2014 @ 9:00am PDT at the sight noted above. MTC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any formality connected with the bids. MTC will be the sole judge of which bid is the best value and its determination and finding on such decision will be final.
