Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Transitional Drug Abuse Treatment (TDAT) Contracting Office, Cibola, New Mexico is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient substance abuse treatment services and mental health treatment services. The location where services are to be provided should be with a vendor located within a nine (9) mile radius (located within the state of Tennessee) of the U.S. Post Office located at 1325 Autumn Ave, Memphis, TN 38103 and accessible to local public transportation. The location must me located within a.5 mile walk from community based transportation. This requirement will ensure that accountability is maintained and inmates will not have long commutes to the treatment center, reduce inmate transportation cost and ensue that public transportation is available for inmates who are responsible for their transportation to and from treatment appointments. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period estimated to begin on January 1, 2015 with four (4) one-year option periods, with services ending (if all option years are exercised) on December 31, 2019. The services required for this contract include a Base Year, Option Year One, Option Year Two, Option Year Three and Option Year Four, respectively. Base Year: Estimated number of inmates 90: Substance Abuse Intake Assessment & Report - 1 each (per inmate) x 75 inmates = 75 each Substance Abuse Individual Counseling - (30 minutes = 1 session) - 48 sessions (per inmate) x 75 inmates = 3,600 sessions Substance Abuse Group Counseling - (30 minutes = 1 session) - 72 sessions (per inmate) x 75 inmates = 5,400 sessions Family Counseling - (30 minutes = 1 session) - 24 sessions (per inmate) x 75 inmates = 1800 session Client Transportation - No Master's Required) Revision 01, April 2013, PSB. The request for quotation will be available on or after November 5, 2014 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities web site http: //www.fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies of the quotation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including quotation amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. The estimated closing date is on or about December 5, 2014.
