Description

SOURCES SOUGHT: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 23), Fargo VA Medical Center, Fargo, ND, is currently seeking information from any company that can provide the following services: The Fargo VAMC has a need for Urology Services. The services will include patient management, outpatient consults, clinics and procedures. This is an existing requirement for 1 FTE OR 2080 hours per year for a base year and four one-year options. The physician would evaluate and treat VA patients for urology care per the VA guidelines and performance indicators. Contract Urologist will staff a minimum of three full-day outpatient clinics per week and urology procedures will be performed two days per week. The procedures and clinics will be performed at the VA Hospital. Providers shall be Board Certified (preferred) or Board Eligible, and possess a current license. Prior experience with the VA is preferred and competency/skills with Computer Based patient record systems are a MUST. **Seeking information as to availability of any agency providers who would be able to commit to a tour of this length (one year with four one-year options to extend) at the Fargo VAMC. Also, indicate if you are a SDVOSB, VOSB, HUBZONE, 8A, WOSB, SB or Other than small business. The applicable NAICS for this service is 621111.
