- Amendment 0002 (conform copy) This solicitation will be re-opened (re-solicited) under the same solicitation number due to minor changes in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Please expect an Amendment and a revised PWS within the next two weeks. THIS SOLICITATION HAS BEEN RE-OPENED UNDER THE SAME SOLICITATION NUMBER. ALL CONTRACTORS ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT A COMPLETE PROPOSAL REVISION IAW THE REVISED PWS (ATTACHED). ALL PREVIOUS SUBMITTALS WILL BE EXCLUDED FROM THE REVIEW PROCESS AND SUBSEQUENT AWARD. ALL CHANGES TO THE PWS HAVE BEEN HIGHLIGHTED (SEE PWS 1.11 SPECIFICALLY ). THE NEW RESPONSE DATE IS 17 OCTOBER 2014 @ 1400 MST. PLEASE ADDRESS ALL PROPOSALS TO SrA LEI YANG AND Cc DEBBIE HOPE at Debbie.Hope@us.af.mil. AND 2Lt TREVOR WADE at trevor.wade.1@us.af.mil. THE ANTICIPATED AWARD FOR THIS REQUIREMENT IS LATE DECEMBER. Note: In consideration of VOLUME II- TECHNICAL PROPOSAL, no pricing information shall be included. Two copies are required. Offeror shall provide one original and one REDACTED copy of technical proposal. No company or offeror information shall be included in the redacted copy. Offeror's identity must NOT be identifiable in the redacted copy.
