- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number: W912L9-15-T-0001 Notice Type: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Synopsis: The following items are needed: Dumpster Rental with Waste Services - Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The offers received will be evaluated by a best value determination and is subject to the availability of funds. Preference will be given to small businesses. Items / Information: 1.See the RFQ for the Performance Work Statement for specifics on the service and item requirements. 2.Multiple BPA's will be considered. 3.Service locations (in order of volume): Camp Atterbury (Edinburgh, Indiana); Muscatatuck Urban Training Center (MUTC) (Butlerville, Indiana); Locations in Indianapolis, Indiana; Other locations in Indiana (rare need). 4.Vendor is allowed to quote all or individual locations. 5.Pricing is allowed to vary by location. 6.We are requesting service to be available Monday thru Sunday. At this time, Sunday service will be requested only during peak movement periods or special exercises. Typically service will be requested to be performed Monday thru Friday. 7.The BPA's will be issued in November and vendor will be expected to start providing services within 30 days or NLT January 1, 2015. 8.For items to quote and estimated usage see RFQ. 9.Preference is being given to Small Businesses who provide pricing within the competitive range. Small Business status under NAICS 562111 will be verified using the SAM system. SAM registration should be updated to accurately reflect small business status under all pertinent NAICS codes. See RFQ for IMPORTANT additional details Shipping / Location Information: FOB: Camp Atterbury JMTC Edinburgh, IN 46124 The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 562111. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The winning vendor will be required to be registered in SAM (System for Award Management). Lack of registration in SAM will make an Offeror ineligible for award. SAM is located at www.sam.gov A Firm-Fixed-Price Blanket Purchase Agreement will be issued in writing. Payment: Payment by Wide Area Work Flow. Contractors using WAWF must register online at https://wawf.eb.mil You can find more information on WAWF and the registration process on the WAWF training site; http://www.wawftraining.com The following clauses and provisions incorporated can be found in RFQ W912L9-15-T-0001 and are to remain in full force in any resultant purchase order.
