- Limited Source Justification. Names redacted The Naval Oceanographic Office, Stennis Space Center, MS, awarded a GSA Task Order to Lockheed Martin Management System Designers. The current contract type is firm fixed price (FFP) level of effort (LOE) and resulted from a limited source solicitation under GSA contract GS-35F-4550G, GSA FSS 70 Information Technology SIN 132-51 IT Services. The objective of the new requirement is to maintain, enhance and upgrade the C/JMTK C-EIPB application and all supporting data layers. This includes upgrades to newer versions of the ArcGIS framework as necessary, transition any remaining legacy COLLECTOR-GIS software functionality, provide performance enhancements allowing for quick retrieval and display of data layers to the new C/JMTK C-EIPB application.
