- NOTE: THIS REQUIREMENT WILL BE ISSUED UNDER THE NEW SOLICITATION NUMBER W52P1J-15-R-3004 ON APPROXIMATELY 16 OCTOBER 2014. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 315220. This procurement action is for the purchase of spruce green and royal blue explosive handlers coveralls ranging from size X-Small to size 9X-Large in accordance with the purchase description that will be issued with the solicitation. This will be a 3 year indefinite delivery indefinite quantity firm fixed price contract. This procurement will be a 100% small business set-aside. Delivery will be at the Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff, AR. FOB Destination, Pine Bluff Arsenal. All contractors who provide goods/services to the DOD are recommended to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov/ or contact SAM at 866-606-8220 prior to doing business with the DOD. Approximate issue date of the solicitation is 16 October 2014 with a closing date approximately 30 days from date of issue. The solicitation shall be issued via the Internet at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/. Any changes to the solicitation shall also be posted to this web site and is the contractor's responsibility to check these sites daily for any posted changes.
