- Lease of hematology analyzers, non-personal services to include,all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to provide seventeen (17) fully automated Hematology Analyzers and the reagents for U.S. Army Medical laboratories located in Germany, Belgium and Italy. A base, plus four option periods for the lease of thirteen (13) hematological analyzers and printers that allow the operator complete test selectivity in performing laboratory testing. Two (2) hematology analyzers will be installed at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center (LRMC),, one (1) unit will be installed at the Baumholder Army Health Clinic, one (1) unit will be installed at Wiesbaden Army Health Clinic, one (1) unit will be installed at Stuttgart Army Health Clinic, one (1) unit will be installed at Grafenwoehr Army Health Clinic, one (1) unit will be installed at Hohenfels Army Health Clinic, one (1) unit will be installed at Illesheim Army Health Clinic, one (1) unit will be installed at Katterbach Army Health Clinic, one (1) unit will be installed at Vilseck, one (1) unit will be installed at Vicenza Army Health Clinic, one (1) unit will be installed at Livorno Army Health Clinic, and one (1) unit will be installed at Kaiserslautern Health Clinic. Lease shall include delivery, installation, initial Method Validation and Correlation per CLIP/CLIA/CLSI guidelines, technical assistance, preventive maintenance (as per manufacturer's maintenance manual) and unscheduled services (on-call emergency repair system), corporate and in-house training of personnel on the equipment, pertinent test methods and equipment removal at the termination of the contract.
