Description

Solicitation DISA/DITCO intends to issue a new contract for brand name or equal APC equipment for DISA PEO-MA. The requested equipment must be from a certified APC provider. The requested delivery date is 30 days ARO. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Companies who can provide the above the requested equipment must complete a copy of the solicitation and return it via email to meggan.a.reinier.civ@mail.mil. Responses are due by October 20, 2014 at 8:00 AM CST. The resultant contract will be firm fixed price. All responsible sources may submit a proposal that will be considered. This procurement is full and open (large and small businesses). The NAICS code is 335929 for this procurement.
